James Martin’s Saturday Morning—TV Appearance
We had the most fantastic time speaking with James Martin whilst he cooked a delicious dish using our Ginger Wine Vinegar.

James cooked a super fresh tasting dish, Bass Ceviche with Pickled Vegetables, which was enjoyed by top chef Mark Birchall also a guest on the show and cooking his own a dish later on.
The FoodTalk show—radio appearance
Being invited to talk with Susie Warran-Smith and AJ Sharp on the FoodTalk radio show was very exciting. Food Radio Broadcaster of the Year 2021, the FoodTalk Show broadcasts weekly and discusses food innovation and promotes artisan producers.
The focus of the discussion was around fermentation and the show shared with Clare Stiles from Peters Yard.
